In order for both of us to be
clear about the goals for your web site, you will be asked
to complete and submit an online quote / profile
questionnaire.
This means of providing pertinent information about your
church, ministry, organization, or business will assist
us not only in determining your design aspects, but will
provide you with a more accurate web design quote.
If necessary, to further clarify your desires we can set
up a web design consultation call. After assimilating
all of your information we will send you a proposal for
the total cost of your web design project.
Privacy Policy
Send a retainer
To finalize the proposal remit
a 50% retainer along with the signed contract to begin the
draft process. Your payment options include personal
check, money order, cashier's check, and e-check or secure
credit card payment through PayPal. There is a three
to five day waiting period for payments remitted by personal
check.
Getting
started
We can begin work quickly once
we receive your content: copy (text), photos, logo, graphics,
and other website content, which can be delivered to us
by email or USPS. We are able to scan images or other
material if you need to send them through the mail.
Delivery of these items in a timely manner is crucial as
it helps to determine the site structure.
The first
draft
Within one week you will be
presented with a couple of drafts and be given a link to
a temporary location on our server so you can follow the
progress of the developing site. Hopefully, you'll
select one of the designs presented, but if you aren't satisfied
with any of the drafts, we'll start over until we
get it right. You are invited to give clear and helpful
feedback for revisions until you are
100% satisfied.
Launching the website
Upon approval and satisfaction
with every aspect of the website design the draft will be
published to your domain and tested for functionality.
Is everyone
happy?
After a thorough check, the
remaining 50% balance of the design fee will be due at this
time. Included in the fee, we will continue to monitor
the site for up to 30 days to ensure expected performance.
The end?
...not by a long shot, as changes,
updates, repairs, upgrades, and general maintenance must
occur regularly to keep your Internet presence viable.
